Our Employment Law service includes providing advice and ongoing support to companies in relation to restructuring and redundancies. The Firm also has extensive experience in the drafting and reviewing of employment contracts, handbooks and HR policies and procedures.

    Our Employment Law team has been engaged in various employment related civil actions, involving breach of contract and injunction applications and has also appeared on many occasions before the Employment Appeals Tribunal and on appeal to the Courts.
